Elisa began her career in Baking & Pastry at the Michelin starred Takashi in Chicago while pursuing her B.A.S. in Hospitality Mgmt specializing in Culinary Arts and Event Planning at Lexington College in Chicago. During her 8 years in Chicago, Elisa worked at several acclaimed restaurants including the Michelin starred Sepia and Fox & Obel. She has assisted in opening several restaurants including R.M. Champagne Salon. While working at her first front of house position at R.M. Champagne Salon under the mentorship of Sommelier Jason Wagner & Creative Marketing Stylist Mel Muoio, Elisa discovered her true love of hospitality & the joy of entertaining through food, wine, style & design.

In 2013 Elisa moved to New York City to assist her friend & mentor Jason Wagner. While in New York, Elisa has lent her talents to several Michelin recognized restaurants including Café Boulud, Racines, Günter Seeger NY & a visit to Amass in Copenhagen, Denmark. 
She is a contributing writer for Forbes, Taste, Travel & Trends Magazine, and is a Contributing Editor for the Daily Globe U.K.
